The "Egg-master!"

That is Sam's new name!  He has been wanting an egg everyday so I finally taught him how to cook one himself.  He now cooks and egg for himself at least once, if not twice a day!

Egg number one....He likes to cook one whole egg, and then just the whites from another egg.

We call it, "Two eggs, one yolk!"

PERFECT!  It think this yolk broke when he put it on the pan, but if it didn't, he would have broke it himself.  He likes the yolk broken, it cooks more evenly!  :)
